Driving technology transfer through comprehensive contextualisation

We work with leading UK consultancies and major listed housebuilders in Southeast Asia to research existing pre-fabricated volumetric housing towards optimising these for application within high-density urban contexts in Malaysia and other countries.

Through careful and creative design, we also intend to propose and integrate prefab and other modern methods of construction (MMC) technology and products into the UK schemes we’re working on for our Clients.

In addition to MMC, we are also focused on understanding and leveraging Property Technology (PropTech), i.e. the application of information technology and platform economics to real estate markets, and contextualising this across projects we are working on from affordable housing to mixed developments. This is all towards providing end-to-end services and of repositioning housing as being primarily service oriented.
