We collaborate with leading consultancies and drive a design-based approach to retrofitting existing buildings as well as planning new-builds all towards minimising operational and embodied energy.

Working with best-in-class partners, we seek to understand our Client’s priorities and use this along with our first-principles scientific-technological approach to shape and form design and procurement.

Beginning with research in environmental design at the Martin Center (research arm of the Dept. of Architecture at Cambridge University), our team has worked on sustainability in the built environment over the last 20 years at different scales. These range from a 2017/18 joint venture with Tata Consulting Services to retrofit government buildings to increasing EPC rating through a rebuild of a privately owned domestic dwelling.
